BeatSignal surfaces information from public sources and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data returned by the Service, including contact information and article metadata.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
